Workshop series in Silver Spring: "Foods for Crawlers to Toddlers"

Nutrition counselor and whole foods chef Monica Corado is offering a series of workshops for parents: "Nourishing Healthy Kids: Foods for Crawlers to Toddlers" on upcoming Sundays, July 8 and 22 and August 5 and 19 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in Silver Spring.

You can register for just one workshop or the whole series. Here's the lineup of topics:
