"How to Talk..." workshops in Arlington

Filed Under:

New sessions of the parenting workshop "How to Talk So Kids Will Listen," led by the fabulous licensed child/family therapist and local mama Francine Gilbert, are set for March 13th and 14th in Arlington.

The workshop uses the now-classic (and award winning) book by the same title to present and practice strategies for communicating with children, toddlers through teens. Francine uses exercises, clear examples, and practical discussion to guide the workshop.

Francine and I are members of the same "virtual parenting book club" (where we discussed this book a year or so ago) and she always has great insights and real empathy for the realities of everyday parenting.

For more info or to register, contact Francine at: frgilbert (at) gmail (dot) com or 571.213.9215.
