All-ages theatre at Georgetown U.

The Georgetown University performing arts program is staging "Swimmy & Other Stories" at the Devine Studio Theatre in the Davis Performing Arts Center .

Performances are scheduled for February 21 to 23 at 8 p.m., February 24 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and February 25 at 2 p.m.

Here's a description of the show: "Come see Swimmy the fish swim, Fredrick the mouse sing, and the hungry caterpillar eat through the set! Your favorite children's books will come inventively alive on stage for this original production, featuring on-the-spot, large-scale drawing, video, and live animals."

Tickets are $12 for general audience; $10 for Georgetown faculty, staff, and seniors; and $7 for students. For more info or to purchase tix online, click here.
